1. Platform Usage

By accessing the OfferZaar platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern OfferZaar's relationship with you.

2. Affiliate Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates are expected to promote offers using ethical marketing practices. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Spamming via email or social media
• Using misleading or deceptive advertising
• Incentivizing traffic unless explicitly allowed by the offer
• Creating fake conversions or using bots

3. Traffic Compliance

All traffic sent to OfferZaar offers must be legitimate. We reserve the right to audit traffic sources at any time. Any affiliate found using fraudulent traffic will have their account suspended and payments forfeited.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed according to the schedule agreed upon during onboarding (e.g., Net-30, Net-15). A minimum payout threshold applies. OfferZaar reserves the right to hold payments if conversion quality is under investigation.

5. Limitation of Liability

OfferZaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
